Can I get cash from the sale?

What if I am behind on payments?

Can you help save my credit?
When we buy your house, we relieve you of the payments and make sure they are made on time from then on. If you were behind on payments and we are able to prevent foreclosure by catching the payments up, we will arrange that as part of the purchase. Another alternative may be a short sale. I have no equity left. Can you still help?

My house needs work. Is that okay?
We can work with situations like this. Of course, we need some room in the purchase price to get the work done, but you won’t need to worry about it anymore.

Are you professionals?
We have certifications in several aspects of real estate and distressed property solutions and have taken some of the same real estate training required of Realtors. We remain current on real estate law and trends. We use attorneys skilled in short sales for all of our short sale efforts. Our escrow and title agents are the same ones used by Realtors every day. In addition, we operate our business through a registered corporation.
