We Work with Foreclosure and Bankruptcy Situations

Many people hide when they get behind on payments and some even move out and dissapear long before they need to. These are not necessary and often lead to a worse situation.

First of all, you want to do all you can to prevent a foreclosure. A foreclosure can stay on your credit report many years, preventing you from obtaining credit or making it cost you much more than without a foreclosure. Many mortgage brokers will tell you that a bankruptcy is far better on your credit report than a foreclosure.

The foreclosure laws of each state in the U.S. are a little different. We can explain the whole process to you for your state and how we can intervene to help prevent a foreclosure. We have proven strategies for working out many of the common challenges - often working directly with the bank on your behalf.

In some cases, we recommend that a short sale is attempted. They are complicated, and every lender is different when dealing with short sales. We have handled many of these using our specially trained attorneys office who do nothing but handle short sales all across the country.

Sometimes a bankruptcy filing is necessary. If you do this, we can help get the lender to allow you to sell the house and get out from under the payments that are weighing you down. We'll work directly with your bankruptcy attorney, the Judges, and your bank to get the right paperwork filed and relieve you of the payments.

Whether it is a foreclosure or a bankruptcy that you may be facing, we will work to obtain the best possible outcome and keep you in your house for as long as possible.
